This is a great app for Cloudcare resellers! For all of you people giving a bad review because you cannot create an account, then you shouldnt even be downloading this app. YOU MUST BE A RESELLER to get an account! All this app does is let us manage our Cloudcare clients, and see alerts on accounts. thus it is of no use to non resellers.

This app is for AVG CloudCare users only. You cant make a login because CloudCare is a business product that is subscription based, this is just an interface for its management...

Like the other users, I fail to understand why anyone would create an app that doesnt allow you to create a user ID/password, but requires a user ID/password to work...? Totally pointless.

if i had an account i would not want to enter the info on my phone anyway.

it could be better.. i think that you should be able to add customers on the app.. it would help when you close deals with a client to be able to add services right there on the spot as apposed to pulling out a laptop to do the same thing. I believe once you make the functionality of being able to do the same thing you would do on the site within the app, resellers and their clients will be a lot happier. I know myself being a reseller would be very pleased with that.

This would be the best app in the App Store if you can add the IT Remote Desktop into the app to take control of the desktop.

great app but like the other user said it would be perfect if we could use the remote IT support feature on the app. I love it so far and you guys are off to a great start keep up the good work on a great app!!

The concept is the start of something nice, to have the devices with status of alerts in a quick accessible app. However, an iPad version is need!!! To have Remote IT, able to create groups and move devices between groups, deploy installs, change policies. When on an iPad, go to the website you say. When you go to the Cloudcare website it forces you to the app. Its an iPhone app! Make an iPad version too if youre going to do that.

Good to check in and check on my customers when on the road.

I cannot see a time when I would need to manage a backup or antivirus on the "road". I do see a time when my clients will need remote assistance while I am out of the office. Since this app provides the former and not the latter, it is pretty useless to me.

With todays security breeches in so many systems and data farms, knowing as soon as possible your not protected or that there are definition updates available for a more secure network is vital I have set up every client I manage and have been very pleased with the protection AVG offers as well as support getting thing operating optimal.

This app is good for providing status of the installed base. You can also request a scan, reboot, or shutdown a box as well. You can see not only overall, but broken down by account as well,

Seeing status is great. Id like more functionality, such as moving devices to different policies.

This app is good, could use a little bit more features and maybe an iOS 8 refresh. Pretty bug free

Please add ability to do remote support from the phone. We will switch from LogMeIn. Ability to: - add policies. - edit policies - remote IT on phone - the "remember Me" doesnt usually work. Says wrong username and password sometimes. - push alerts for viruses would be nice - remove all infections would also be nice (regardless of virus vault size) Please add ability to see disk utilization and memory usage...
